• Phone number (if provided)
• The message / request you submit

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed only for the following purposes:

• Responding to your contact and quote requests
• Getting in touch with you and following up on the process
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed based on legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) and the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.

5. Transfers

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is processed only through the email-delivery and hosting infrastructure required for the form to work, and only for the purposes above.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and for the periods required by applicable law; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Request correction, deletion or destruction of your data
• Object to processing and request compensation for damages
